Active assisted ROM for home program Neuro rehab, using physioball for hindlimb weight bearing, increased balance & coordination. carrot neck stretches to promote side flexion and symmetry of cervical musculature, minimize chronic pain. Using food reinforcer for patient compliance, walking up ramp for hindlimb weight bearing & increased function. Belgian draft horse with multiple joint DJD - (Degenerative Joint Disease) 2 weeks post hemilaminectomy, initial hydrotherapy treatment for sensory integration, strengthening, balance and coordination. post hemilaminectomy, continued hydrotherapy treatment. Cranial cruciate ligament rupture (CCL), repair by tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO). Pre-operative ROM measurements recorded for baseline. Patient had bilateral TPLO procedures & required post op therapy.
